You enable voice on an existing Convia agent. Pick a voice from the ElevenLabs library, customise the greeting, and choose which goals the voice agent should pursue (booking, FAQ, lead capture, transfer).
You connect a phone number — either your existing line via your telco, or a new Twilio number through our integration.
Calls land on the voice agent. It speaks naturally, takes information, can book directly into your calendar, and transfers to a human when the conversation calls for it.
Every call is transcribed and saved in the same dashboard as your chat conversations — so you can review, search, and tag voice traffic alongside everything else.
