Our mission
For most of the last decade, "AI for business" meant a six-month project, a consulting firm, and a contract big enough to scare anyone smaller than a Fortune 500. Frontier models changed what's possible, but the deployment story is still broken — the average local business owner has no path from "I should probably use AI" to a working agent answering their real customers.
Convia exists to close that gap. We build the parts most teams cobble together themselves — grounding, channels, lead capture, booking, voice, protection — into one platform that anyone can ship in an afternoon. The point isn't to impress with model size. The point is that a restaurant in Istanbul can take its first chat-driven reservation tonight.
We're a small team — designers, engineers, and operators — based across Europe and Turkey, building Convia in public. If you're working on something hard in the customer-facing AI space, we'd love to compare notes.

Built for small business too
Most AI tools price out the businesses that need them most. Convia's entry plans are cheap on purpose — a single hair salon should be able to afford the same brain a chain does.
Multi-language is not an upsell
Every Convia agent speaks every language out of the box. We refuse to ship a product that works for English speakers and ignores everyone else.
Outcomes, not vanity chats
We optimise for bookings made, leads captured, and questions resolved — not for chat sessions, message counts, or vanity dashboards.
